Had a 2-for-1 coupon from the hotel. Had the buffet for Sunday brunch. Variety was small, rarely replenished, quality was poor. Seems like the buffet is an afterthought and emphasis is placed on GN's premiere restaurants which are very good. Even at such a discount, the buffet was a total waste of money. Shame for such a nice property.

We stayed last July in a Vegas Strip Hotel, but when we went to downtown Vegas we tried the Golden Nugget buffet, which we knew of various poker shows. The first thing we noticed is that prices are, on average, lower than on the Strip. The choice of food is not very large, but ok. The same goes for the quality of the food. It’s ok, but not great. However, since it was only $20 per person it was good food moneywise.
